The Albums and Songs Behind the Designs
Every design at Aborted Merch starts with something from our world. Here's which album or song sits behind each design, so you know exactly what you're wearing.
Engineering the Dead (2001)
Our second album gets a two-sided piece: a rotting zombie face boxed in by machinery and skulls on the front, and ENGINEERING THE DEAD in tall red letters on the back. A design for anyone who goes back to the early records.
TerrorVision (2018)
Our tenth album becomes a painted swamp of long-tongued ghouls under a pale yellow logo. The back reads like an old horror-film tagline: A LEGEND OF PURE TERROR.
ManiaCult (2021)
Drag Me to Hell is a song from ManiaCult. Our design shows a man screaming in a sea of flames as demons close in, with AN UNHOLY BOND IS FORGED on the back.
Infinite Terror (2022)
Infinite Terror was our first single on Nuclear Blast. The front shows a tentacled creature in a swirling teal void; the back carries a line from the song, DROWN IN THE FILTH OF YOUR LIES, in huge letters.
Vault of Horrors (2024)
On Vault of Horrors, every song pays tribute to a horror film. Brotherhood of Sleep gets a black, tentacled hooded figure in gold, with INVOKE THE BROTHERHOOD on the back.
And the rest of the shop
Not every design is tied to one record. Full Scream Ahead sends a giant sea monster after a cruise ship, Hooded Summoner and Secrecy of Flesh are detailed black-and-white horror drawings, and Death by Death Metal and Destroy Something Beautiful say it in big letters on the back.
Find your record: every design comes on tees, long sleeves, crewnecks and hoodies.
