How to Wear Your Aborted Merch, From Show Night to Winter
Aborted merch is made to be worn, not folded away in a drawer. Here are a few easy ways to wear yours, from a packed show night to the coldest day of the year.
What should I wear to an Aborted show?
Show night: a tee is the classic. It's light, it moves with you in the pit and it shows the whole design. Pick one with a back design, like TerrorVision or Infinite Terror, and the people behind you get the second half of the art.
After the show: throw a crewneck over your tee when the venue doors open and the night air hits. It keeps you warm on the way home without hiding that you were there.
How do I wear it when it's cold?
Cold days: the three-panel fleece hoodie is the warm one. Wear it under an open jacket so the front design still shows.
Long sleeves: the long sleeve tee works on its own in spring and autumn, or as a layer under a hoodie in winter.
Black or white?
Check the photos: most designs come in black and white. Some use white linework or black lettering, so look at the product photos to see how your design reads on each colour before you choose.
How do I keep it looking good?
Care tip: wash your merch inside out in cold water and skip the dryer when you can. The artwork stays sharp for longer, and so does the fabric.
What about two-sided designs?
Front and back: most of our Aborted designs are two-sided, with the art on the front and big lettering on the back. They look best when you let the back show, so skip the backpack on show night.
